Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and site teams to ensure smooth project progression, while maintaining a focus on health, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage resources, procurement, and contracts effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring quality control and project success.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within the Irish construction sector.
• Proven track record of good tenure in previous roles and successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and Irish building regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
