A global medical device company are looking for a R&D Engineer to join their Research and Development team on a contract basis. The role is to look at API management for one of their latest products. You will be designing specifications, qualification of API's, generating and approval of specifications, work with cross-functional teams, provide documentation and adhere to their QMS. You will also work with quality and supplier quality teams for ensure supplier quality and design assurance.
Essential Skills:
• Designing specifications for drugs/API
• Qualification of API's
• Generating and approval of specifications
• At least 2-3 years' experience within R&D teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience introducing and approving documentations teams
• Experience working in QMS for medical devices
Desirable Skills:
• Diligent and passionate attitude
• Interpersonal and organisations skills
The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 12 months, with options to extend after. The role is based in Limerick and will only require being onsite once a week. The rate is €44-48 per hour, depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
