Synergy Learning is looking for an Implementation Consultant to work hands-on with customers across various sectors, supporting platform implementation projects that drive impactful, technology-enabled learning solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery meetings with customers to define requirements and align platform capabilities with their needs.
Coordinate with Project Managers to manage workload and project timelines effectively.
Implement platforms independently or collaboratively, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation process, providing best-practice guidance and optimising platform use.
Document each implementation, track customer feedback, and address any platform issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively engage in professional development to stay updated on platform advancements and best practices.
Work alongside Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration.
Contribute ideas for bespoke solutions and integrations to improve the customer experience based on sector-specific needs.
Track and report on project metrics, customer feedback, and collaboration outcomes to inform strategic adjustments.
Support a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the Consultancy Circle, proactively sharing ideas and best practices with team members; participating in team activities, and engaging with results-driven performance enablement.

Essential Criteria - You must have:

The right to live and work and be resident in the UK or Ireland
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Moodle and/or Totara platforms in an administration, configuration, or implementation role.

Valuable Experience - We would love you to have:

Experience within the eLearning sector
Experience of using JIRA and Asana
Project management experience

The ability to thrive in a multitasking, remote-first environment, dedicated to continuous learning, professional development, and meeting deadlines.

Reports to - Lead Consultant
Internal Collaboration - Consultancy, Project Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Support circles
External Relationships: Customers and other relevant stakeholders across diverse sectors
