We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a permanent position. The role will begin with an immediate start on a project in Athlone, due to finish in January. Afterward, you will move on to a major refurbishment project in Mullingar, which is expected to last 1.5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage finishing works on-site, ensuring top-quality project completion
• Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, tradespeople, and the site management team
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain project timelines and enforce quality control
• Lead and manage the site team, resolving on-site challenges as they arise
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry
• Immediate availability and ability to hit the ground running
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
