Planet 21 - Voice Network Engineer
PlanNet21 Communications are hiring a Junior Network Engineer for a Support role in our Dublin Head Office in Citywest.
The ideal candidate will be working within the PlanNet21 Network Engineering team to support our customers and deliver network projects to clients. Provide support within designated Service Level Agreements and time frames, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all commitments.
This is a customer facing role requiring the successful candidate to undertake troubleshooting tasks, consultancy, and the ability to work with vendor support teams too. The role is based on site and we will consider juniors who possess a CCNA and live within easy access to Citywest.
Qualifications
Experience on CISCO CUCM, Cisco Webex Calling or other SIP Based UC platforms is required for this role.
