Finance Business Partner Join Our Expanding Finance Team! A leading provider in facilities management is looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team.
This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant ready to make an impact by supporting a diverse portfolio of contracts from start to finish, with significant opportunities for career development and growth.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
Lead monthly management accounts preparation, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
Apply strong analytical skills to provide insights on commercial challenges beyond traditional finance functions.
Build an active partnership with operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with contract managers on financial and commercial aspects to enhance profitability.
Perform in-depth customer profitability analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
About You:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMApart-qualified with at least two years of experience, ideally in a commercial setting.
Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Motivated, resilient, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
