Role and responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the development and execution of projects under consideration of business cases technical and technological conceptsNegotiations with suppliers and contract partnersPerforms the planning of the activities according to the scope of supply and servicesResponsible for creating and tracking the scheduleResponsible for budget allocation, ongoing cost controlling, contract and claim management, risk analysis and reportingLeading an international project teamRequired qualifications:
Completed technical education with a focus on automation and electric plant engineering, respectively qualification on advanced technical school for applied science with relevant experienceSeveral years of relevant professional experience as a project manager, ideally in a global corporate environmentKnowledge of technical regulations, experience with technological processes in the pulp&paper industry and automation/electric in generalFluent English and German spoken and written, other foreign languages are an advantageCommunication strength and intercultural competenceWillingness to travel and flexibilityIndependent well-structured working method, self- responsibility, and cooperativeness for teamworkSelf-initiative and entrepreneurial thinkingStrong negotiating and leadership skillsLocation:
