With associates across 40+ countries, Cytiva is a place where every day is a learning opportunity - so you can grow your career and expand your skills in the long term.Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.The Senior Director, Commercial DBS Leader - Bioprocess for Cytiva is responsible for leading, promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Cytiva Bioprocess, allowing those businesses to meet their Policy Deployment (PD), Core Value Driver (CVD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, by partnering with the Bioprocess Commercial L1 Leader, Bioprocess Marketing L1 Leader and Business Unit VP/GMs to architect and enable thoughtful deployment of DBS tools within the global and regional Commercial, Marketing and Business Unit leadership teams to ensure the organization accelerates growth and drives sustainable results.This position is part of the Cytiva Bioprocess DBS located in global and will be fully remote.

Architect results through the thoughtful deployment of STRAT Enablement and the DBS Commercial Engines and HVC, Commercial Playbook, SCR and DBS tools (i.e., Transformative Marketing, GTM, Funnel Management, Growth Room, etc.) globally and regionally.Use the 8 signs of leading with DBS to drive tangible improvement in CVD/KPIs across the global and regional Commercial leadership (Sales, Marketing, Business Units) aligned with the Bioprocess Commercial strategy and priorities.Ensure impactful commercial kaizen events globally and regionally by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process, including planning of kaizen events with a funnel review process tied to PD, CVDs and KPIs, kaizen event execution and sustainment of kaizens.Partner with the global and regional Commercial leadership (Sales, Marketing, Business Units) to identify gaps in DBS capability/capacity based on the critical few prioritized business needs and manage the Certified Practitioner funnel for Bioprocess Commercial.Drive DBS Fundamentals capability and culture globally and into the regions, BUs and functions through the DBS Fundamentals playbook assessment and subsequent DBS Plan.Partner with the Bioprocess Commercial L1 Leader and Bioprocess Marketing L1 Leader to own the monthly Commercial L2 Ops and Marketing L2 Ops meetings.
Ownership defined as:
Schedule, agenda, communication, material collection/consolidate/dissemination, meeting AP, etc.Serve as an active sponsor for new Commercial L1 and L2 leaders with respect to DBS immersion.
Provide coaching and mentoring on DBS tools and connect Bioprocess Commercial to additional resources (e.g.
DBSO, DBS/CP community) to benchmark best practices.Who you are:
BSc degree in Science, Strategic Management, Project Management, or equivalent required.Direct experience in working with commercial organizations to drive visibility and win-rate across end-markets.People leadership experience with demonstrated success in driving results with DBS.Demonstrated ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a 'general manager's' point of view.Direct experience in working with technology, product management, strategy and business development organizations to drive innovation and competitive growth.Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business.Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership with ability to work execute across boundaries and matrices.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel >50%.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
