Finance Business Partner - Up to £60,000

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within one of our divisions. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will collaborate with divisional leadership and stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Assess divisional performance against budgets and forecasts.
Deliver insightful financial reports, dashboards, and scenario planning.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Support the development and consolidation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with leadership to understand business drivers.
Provide variance analysis to assist in financial performance management.Business Partnering:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate across departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
Provide expertise during meetings and strategic initiatives.Performance Management:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and performance improvements.Ad Hoc Projects:
Support special projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
What They're Looking For
They're seeking a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for finance and a strong commercial awareness. You should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred).
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within professional services.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with financial software tools (e.g., SAP, Planful) is a plus.
A strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the professional services sector is desirable but not essential.
