Job Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies and client needs.
Build a strong network and craft engaging messages to attract top talent, sparking meaningful conversations about our clients and opportunities.
Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Advertise vacancies effectively to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
Negotiate terms of business with clients, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
Meet with clients regularly, with opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe to strengthen partnerships.

The Package:
Competitive base salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience).
Uncapped commission structure - Earn £32-35K in your first year (If not more)
