Executive Support Services Engineer The Executive Support team is essential to the success of all Aon entities within London, the UK, and the wider EMEA region.
This a chance to support our EXEC Team based in our London office in the City of London.

What the day will look like A normal day will be Responsible for providing both Level I & II Technology Support to the Aon VIP colleagues and their personal assistants.
Provide professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software related problems with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals.
Strives to achieve the highest level of customer service while supporting and developing corporate computing needs.
To also provide administrative IT support, where necessary, and to communicate appropriately to internal and external parties during BAU or Work Request based activities.

Support colleagues from abroad and from time to time support them face to face at conferences and shows both home and abroad supporting cutting edge technology.

Technically proficient you will provide world class customer focused IT support, develops and maintains relationships within the business, at all levels.
Excellent communication both technical and non-technical is key.
