Join our team and play a pivotal role in fulfilling Finning's promise to deliver an unparalleled customer experience at every stage of the parts order process.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who excels in providing outstanding service over the phone, ensuring prompt dispatch and timely delivery, and actively engaging in all sales enquiries to maximise every upselling opportunity.
This role is your chance to become an integral part of our commitment to excellence across all Parts channels, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of what we do.

Major Job Functions:
Provide best in class service for a seamless transaction, ensuring that you deliver an excellent customer experience that earns loyalty.
Dealing with customer complaints and managing the internal discounting budget to stay within parameters that drive maximum profitability.
Fully engage with customers on every call to ensure that we understand what the customer needs.
Ensure quotes are produced promptly and are followed up within 24 hours to maximise the opportunity.
To actively find opportunities to sell Finning parts and convert quotes into sales using relevant discounts and promotions Process all orders efficiently and manage them from start to finish, communicate directly with Customers, keeping them informed at every step of the process.

Previous call-handling experience Knowledge of mechanical components and functionality (Caterpillar Knowledge desirable) Awareness of parts supply chain processes Education & Experience:
