The Head of Data Strategy, Governance, and Analytics at John Crane will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
The role encompasses defining the vision for data and analytics, establishing governance models, and ensuring a seamless integration of master data management (MDM) with business operations to drive productivity and efficiency.
By engaging stakeholders and aligning organizational priorities with the Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy, this leader will foster a data-driven culture that enhances business performance.
They will also define the necessary operating models for both MDM and analytics, ensuring robust controls, communication, and education throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities include setting ambitious data-driven goals, inspiring teams to achieve them, securing funding for analytics initiatives, and supporting cultural change toward data ownership and quality across the organization.This role is based from our headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours.
