Responsibilities will include:
Procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, transformation and change, , contract management, tendering processes and analysis, stakeholder management.
Provide commercial support on site to Multi-Disciplinary Teams
Assist with the audit and cost verification activities including close out of Task Order of Defined Cost
Drafting and negotiation of main contracts throughout the lifecycle of project development and execution
Manage the commercial relationship and communication with contractors during the delivery stage of the project sustaining close dialogue to ensure that issues are dealt with
To be suitable for the role you will have:
Awareness of the Defence & Security sectors
Experience of working on high-profile and complex procurement projects
NEC or Framework Contract experience
Degree qualified and CIPS or MRICS qualified
Public sector procurement experience
Proven track record in large-scale projects
