As a Technical Coordinator, you'll provide essential technical engineering support to our production team, ensuring our equipment runs smoothly.
This role follows a 24/7 shift pattern, so flexibility is key.
What you will be doing:
Safety & Compliance:
Conduct safety checks, ensure all work complies with safety regulations, and contribute to improving maintenance schedules Maintain Equipment Reliability:
Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure the mechanical and electrical integrity of our equipment, identifying and resolving issues quickly Monitor & Report:
Track equipment performance, manage downtime, and report any breakdowns or trends using the companys reporting systems Continuous Improvement:
Recommend and implement improvements to processes and work standards, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency Collaborate & Communicate:

Formal qualification to at least City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline with corresponding practical experience Any experience of pneumatics or PLC's will be advantageous, as will be the ability to clearly understand engineering drawings, symbols and notation Knowledge of COSHH tolegislative standards (essential) Continuous improvement experience/Lean tools/techniques mp LI-ONSITE LI-RN1CVL ADZN1_UKTJ
