Running your own EC&I Desk, whilst leading a team of 2Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand their global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talentConduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams.Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
