Debt Management:
Stay ahead of customer accounts to maximise cash flow and reduce financial risks.Customer Support:
Be the go-to person for account queries, delivering excellent support via email and phone.Creditworthiness Checks:
Use financial insights to assess both new and existing customers.Team Collaboration:
Lead weekly sales meetings to tackle issues, brainstorm ideas, and hit team goals.Reporting:
Prepare key reports, including customer statements and credit hold updates.Reconciliation & Compliance:
Ensure smooth reconciliations and data integration, while sticking to company policies.What We're Looking For:
Proven Credit Control experience (or similar role)Organised and able to manage your time efficientlyStrong Excel, Outlook, and accounting software skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to handle high-pressure, high-volume tasksExperience with distribution and finance systemsWhat's In It for You?
