Teaching Assistant

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Wigan£1680- £1800per month - Full Time, potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week)17th Feb 2025 - 20 July 25 The School and Role Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant required at a mainstream school to support a child who has delayed language skills, some two -three word phrases used.
You will be able to engage them using short sentences, pictures and non-verbal actions such as pointing, actions and equipment.Do you have knowledge of the National curriculum and able to break this down for a Year 2 child, whilst providing an enriching environment for all children in the classroom.Do you possess Level 3 qualification or recent experience working in a education setting?
Excellent communication skills, and ability to form relationships with children.Supply creative and high-quality resources to accelerate and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.Ability to grasp the areas of the National Curriculum.Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
RequirementsThe requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;
Enthusiasm and desire to support children in education.Punctual and excellentPositive and growth mindsetExcellent communication and language skills.Desirable - recent experience working with children.Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
