Paid to Teaching Scale | Permanent Opportunity | Weekly CPD Sessions | Free on-site ParkingLTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Northampton who are looking to appoint a female PE teacher to start ASAP.
The role will involve teaching in both classrooms and outdoor settings.
Multi-sport knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons to up to KS5Differentiating lesson content to meet a wide range of students needs and abilitiesDelivering examination content in line with the school examination boardAssessing children's work against the school's assessment frameworkLiaising with the school SENCO around the progress of childrenAttending weekly department meetings to help drive forward the school's attainment levelsCandidate Requirements:
Holds qualified teacher status (ECTs Welcome)Is confident teaching Secondary aged pupilsHas a background teaching Science.Has excellent classroom control and behaviour management strategiesIs passionate about teaching and keen to ensure that students make continued progressIs a good team player and willing to work cohesively with the departmental and pastoral team If you feel you would be a good fit for this role, please upload your CV via the application page, you will be contacted by Josh at LTF Recruitment to discuss the next steps if successful.
