Atrium Associates is recruiting Telesales Business Development Executives to join our client's team in Norwich on a permanent basis. If you are driven by financial success, reliable, fun, and possess a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls to generate new leads for Account Managers and Account Directors.
• Arrange leads and callbacks for the Account Management Team.
• Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective businesses to expand market share.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business.
• Support business call campaigns as directed by your line manager.
• Perform other in-house duties as required.
• Stay updated with products and services through both in-person and computer-based training.

Pay and Benefits
• Pay: £23,000 starting basic salary, with potential earnings up to £35,000 OTE.
• Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus.

• £1,500 basic salary increase incentive after passing probation (£500 per month for 3 consecutive months upon achieving target).
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional 1-day sickness incentive per quarter (up to 4 extra days annually).
