Recruitment Consultant - Education - Secondary team -We are offering term time-only contracts for this role.Do you have recruitment experience? You will play a key part of growing and establishing your own secondary desk.
On the client side you can expect to:
Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales callsManage current relationships within the businessGrow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunitiesInteract with clients to assist them with their recruitment needsOn the candidate side you can expect to:
Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for your clientsWrite and tailor advertisements specific to your client's needsConduct searches via:
