Surface Treatment Technician
Location: Uxbridge
Earning Potential: £17–£18.50 per hour (including shift allowance) + overtime (£21–£23 per hour) + yearly bonus worth up to circa (£1,000) + £3,000 Signing Bonus!

Free Parking – Hassle-free commute every day.About the role: As a Surface Treatment Technician, you’ll play a vital role in crafting precision-engineered safety equipment for the Aerospace and Defence industries. This hands-on role includes:
Preparing and treating metallic surfaces for anodising and passivation.
Operating manual and automated finishing equipment.
Conducting detailed inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Shift Patterns:
Week One: 6am–2pm
Week Two: 1:45pm–10pmDaily overtime opportunities are available, paid at £21–£23 per hour.
What we’re looking for:We’re seeking driven individuals with:
Surface Treatment Experience: Expertise in anodising, plating, jigging, or similar processes.
Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and operate measuring equipment.
Precision: A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset.
