Join McArthurGlen as a dynamic HR leader, driving impactful people strategies across our UK & Canada operations.
Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR solutions aligned with business priorities across 8 centres in Canada.
You will lead key HR initiatives, such as talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and engagement.
With a focus on coaching leaders and enhancing performance, you\\\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company\\\'s culture while ensuring compliance and continuous development.

Language Skills:
Fluent in English; other European languages are desirable.
Experience:
Previous HR Partnering experience is required.
