About the HR Generalist & Office Manager role.
As a HR Generalist, you will provide support across the full HR lifecycle.
You will be a key driver in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, contributing to a high level of employee engagement and productivity, where our employees can thrive and feel valued.
You will collaborate closely with both managers and employees in implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals and Ways of Working.
You will also act as the 'go to' person for any office related concerns as well as being the point of contact for the serviced office provider.
What you'll do…Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and wellbeingLead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures, ensuring accurate and timely resolution including documentation of investigations and outcomesAssist with payroll reporting and managing changes on our HRMS platform - Bamboo HR.
Respond to HR tickets raised via SM Assist by employees in or relevant to your region.
Act as main contact for any office related concerns and liaise with the office provider as appropriate.
Office management (birthdays, snacks, engagement activities)Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and protocols are in place.
What you have…Work experience as a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven.
Proven experience creating and maintaining great employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of health and safety an advantage.
