THIS ROLE IS BASED IN DUBAI*CNC Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) - Dubai*

• Role Responsibilities:*
• Define and implement maintenance strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines, waterjet cutting, and wire cut machines.
• Conduct machine geometry checking and aligning.
• Analyse machine performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and proactively address them to avoid downtime.
• Define critical spares and ensure a minimum quantity is available in stock.
• Skills and Experience Required:*
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of 5-axis, 3-Axis, Water jets, Wire Cut & Lathe CNC machines.
• Proficiency in maintaining machine-related hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIEMENS and FANUC control systems.
• Experience with CMS & Belotti machines is desirable.
• Competence in working on assemblies such as Ball screw, Gearbox, Spindle, Linear motion, Table/Chuck, Auto tool changing, Linear scale, Spindle rotary encoder, and Axis guide ways scrapping and blue matching.
• Familiarity with Fixed Table Rotating spindle type Machines.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code for troubleshooting purposes.
• Qualifications:*
Ideally hold a Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
