Assistant Principal: Teaching and Learning

Main Areas of ResponsibilityThe role will be multi-faceted and you will be supporting subject leaders and teachers in developing and delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
Working closely with the Executive Principal for the Central Quadrant, you will work across Academies as directed, improving standards and the outcomes for our students and supporting teaching and learning strategy.
As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and advance your career within a supportive network and gain experience of working across schools.

Qualifications & ExperienceWe are looking for an outstanding middle leader who is ready to make the move into senior leadership or an Assistant Principal who has a proven track record of subject / middle leadership.
You must be flexible and be prepared to work across schools supporting, mentoring and coaching teachers and leaders as well as supporting whole Academy strategies.
You will be a member of the leadership team within the Academies you are based.
