What will you be responsible for as an IT & Cyber Analyst at Leumi UK?

IT Operations:

• Coordinate IT Operations:
  Facilitate smooth collaboration between service delivery, information security, and IT teams, ensuring alignment across all functions.
  
• Cloud Services Management:
  Assist with managing cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
  
• Incident Management:
  Act as the central point of communication for incidents affecting IT systems and cloud infrastructure, ensuring swift escalation and resolution.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT and security processes.
  Provide regular reports on operational performance, security metrics, and incident handling.
  

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Security Policy Implementation:
  Ensure that security policies and procedures are enforced across all IT and cloud platforms, assisting the Information Security Manager in aligning with company-wide security strategies.
  
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  Help conduct risk assessments and internal security audits.
  
• Data Protection:
  Ensure the protection of sensitive business information by enforcing data security policies and conducting regular reviews of access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention (DLP) measures.
  
• Security Awareness Training:
  Support the development and delivery of security awareness training programs across the organisation to promote a culture of security.
  

Cybersecurity Responsibilities:

• Threat Monitoring & Response:
  Monitor for cyber threats across cloud and IT environments, helping to respond to incidents and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  Support the implementation of threat intelligence and security monitoring tools.
  
• Vulnerability Management:
  Assist in the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities in cloud services and on-premises IT systems through routine assessments and patch management.
  
• Identity & Access Management (IAM):
  Oversee the implementation of secure access controls and ensure strict user authentication policies (e.g., multi-factor authentication) are enforced across the organisation.
  

Cloud-Centric Focus:

• Cloud Security Management:
  Help manage security configurations in cloud platforms (Azure and Microsoft 365), ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices, such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and secure storage.
  
• Backup & Recovery:
  Help to coordinate cloud-based disaster recovery and backup plans, ensuring data integrity and availability in the event of an incident.
  
• Cloud Infrastructure Optimisation:
  Assist in monitoring the performance of cloud services, optimising usage, and ensuring security and scalability requirements are met.
  

Vendor Management:

• Third-Party Risk Management:
  Conduct assessments of third-party vendors and cloud service providers to ensure compliance with the organisation's security standards.
  Assist in the management security reviews.
  
• SLA Monitoring & Vendor Performance:
  Track service delivery from external vendors and ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
  Provide regular performance reports and manage vendor relationships.
  
• Security Audits:
  Coordinate with vendors on security audits and ensure their practices meet the organisation's standards for information security.
  

Project & Service Delivery Support:

• Project Coordination:
  Assist in coordinating IT and security projects, ensuring timelines are met and all stakeholders are informed.
  Manage vendor involvement in cloud and IT service projects.
  
• Service Delivery Monitoring:
  Track the performance of IT and cloud services, ensuring they meet business needs and addressing any gaps or inefficiencies in service delivery.
  

Our ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of IT services, focusing on ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the Service Delivery, Information Security, and broader IT teams.
This individual will support ongoing projects, monitor key processes, and help ensure operational effectiveness while addressing gaps in technical and security requirements.

We're looking for someone who has strong communication, problem-solving and organisation skills as well as someone with cybersecurity expertise and experience in managing vendor relationships, assessing third-party risks and ensuring SLAs are met.
Ideally, we want someone who has experiences in IT or related roles, with experience in service delivery or IT security being a bonus as well as someone who has a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (Preferrable).
