What You'll Do

Our Technology Advisory team provides senior-level expertise to drive value from technology and enhance business performance. Responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development: Develop digital and technology strategies, operating models, capabilities, and governance designs.
• Product Innovation: Assist clients with strategies to grow their digital capabilities.
• Cost Reduction and Transformation: Implement technology cost reduction, outsourcing, and end-to-end transformation.
• Platform/System Review: Conduct re-platforming, rationalization, and consolidation of infrastructure.
• Technology Due Diligence: Execute carve-out and merger integration planning.
• Crisis Management: Provide interim leadership roles and project turnaround services.

What You'll Need

Experience:

• Mix of blue chip consulting and industry experience.
• Strong experience in the retail sector
• Previous experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Ability to deliver small projects or manage multiple workstreams of larger projects.

Skills:

• Practical knowledge in software delivery, infrastructure, operations, and governance.
• Ability to assess technological capabilities and identify maturity gaps.
• Proficiency in various project methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, iterative development).
• Keen interest in technology trends and digital impacts on the industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with financial literacy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders to build relationships and provide advice.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Ability to work in an office and remote environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• £130,000 - £160,000 base salary
• 20% - 30% bonus
