Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their multilingual team in central Brighton. You'll handle guarantee of payments, validate cover with insurers, and support case managers. This is a chance to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

£50 extra per night for night shifts
£20 extra per shift for weekends and late evening shift
The Requirements:
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Advanced level of English
Strong customer service focus, working closely with clients
Results-oriented and able to work productively under pressure
The Responsibilities:
Understanding and addressing claimants' needs, providing professional advice, and empathetically resolving medical and insurance matters
Ensuring claims are processed in line with the relevant policy terms and conditions
Coordinating with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents (cost containment services)
Offering guidance and support to less experienced International Case Managers
Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date and consistent workflows
Providing translation and language support services
Handling ad hoc requests from Team Leaders, Duty Operations Managers, the Compliance Manager, Senior Management, and the Director
