About Job:

The Marketing Manager is a key position responsible for driving CareFlex's marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional to lead brand and product management, execute impactful PR campaigns, and leverage the Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our B2C revenue stream, managing cross-functional projects, and overseeing the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

PR, Communications & Brand Management:

  • Lead all PR activities, building strong relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and healthcare publications to boost brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute a strategic PR plan that aligns with CareFlex's brand positioning, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership articles.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communications, maintaining the company's brand image on all platforms.
  • Oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the organization.
  • Keep UK and Export Distributors informed about key updates, including product launches, promotions, and significant company news.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Executive and Sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Plan and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production that reflects CareFlex's brand standards.
  • Maintain and update the company's media library, ensuring all digital assets-photos, videos, and marketing materials-are organized and easily accessible for marketing and sales needs.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage dashboards to track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Director, focusing on areas for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.

Budget Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day marketing activities, event coordination, and literature management.

    Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Digital Marketing Manager.

About You:

An ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience, skills, and attributes. Please note that these competencies are not ranked in order of priority. Following criteria will be used in selecting a candidate.

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong focus on PR and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive ROI through strategic marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
