We are seeking individuals with an Account Management or Sales background, coupled with solid administrative skills. If you're comfortable speaking with customers on a daily basis and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Key qualifications:
• Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to retain and record key information
• Excellent negotiation skills, paired with good listening abilities and effective questioning
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
Join one of the UK’s largest IT and Consumer Electronics Distributors, with multiple sites across the country. This role will be based at their Basingstoke head office.
We are currently hiring Sales Executives and Sales Account Managers to manage existing reseller partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders within existing customer accounts
• Maintaining regular contact to introduce new manufacturers, products, services, and technologies to drive sales growth
• Encouraging new customers to open accounts and qualifying new business opportunities
• Identifying high-potential accounts for significant growth opportunities
