This Major Project is seeking a strong leader to make an impact on site.
Leading International Main Contractor working on one of the most Iconic Metro Projects underway in Canada. Reporting into the Project Director on site you will be responsible for multiple teams across multiple locations for this project.
What we really want to see in someone’s experience is MAJOR Metro Stations.
We want to understand the experience you have from piling to structure, systems, mep and high level fixtures and finishes.
Do you match below :
• Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager / Construction Director working on Major Build Projects worth £150 Million ++
• Do you understand Transportation Projects and have you worked On Metro Stations
• Able to lead , motivate & persuade people
• Ideally Degree Educated but our client will look at trades background
• 10 + Years success on site at this level

The right candidate will match the following criteria :
• Fluent English , French is beneficial but not essential
• Clear Track record on Major Elevated Metro & Tram Station Projects
• Capable of leading a Multi National Workforce
• Experience in planning, coordinating, sequencing and driving high levels of workmanship on site
• Exceptional communication skills which will be demonstrated through the recruitment process with NSR Associates
• Clear experience at this level for a Tier 1 International Build + Civil Engineering Main Contractors
• This client is seeking someone to start employment before the 1st of March 2025
You can earn up to 20-25 % of your annual salary through a performance Bonus. You will then be provided with car, travel , life cover & the company pension plan.
