Working with our Depot Manager, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at our Basingstoke site you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Essential Ingredients

Previous experience of operating at a management level within a distribution company (advantageous)
Previous experience as a Team Manager, or Key Operative with experience in managing teams, coaching and mentoring
Prior use of Distribution systems, processes & Operator Licence/Tachograph/ WTD regulations.
Good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment and Food Safety Legislation / BRC standards.
Strong communication skills, articulate and able to develop effective, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and peers.
Analytical and organised in approach with good problem-solving skills.

The Recipe

As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Basingstoke warehouse. You will lead a team of warehouse team members, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals and driving a culture of excellence. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in ensuring the freshest products are delivered on time and in full to our customers.

About Us

Basingstoke Distribution Depot is proud of our One Team culture and the role we play in distributing our freshly baked products to our customers. Basingstoke has around 80 colleagues working across distribution and warehousing from a wide range of nationalities, who support in the delivery of over one million items per week. Our drivers pick and deliver to West London from Watford to Croydon, Including Central London as far as Battersea, Fulham, and Bayswater.
