Your team will focus 100% on new business acquisition, backed by a solid sales support and account management function, allowing you to take our service offering confidently to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.Lead and manage a team of 8 field sales executives to exceed sales goals.Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners.Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.Analyze market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, and pricing strategies.Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to strengthen your team What will make you stand out? With a proven track record of managing teams and driving profitability, you'll lead from the front, motivating your team to excel.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B field sales and managing sales teams.Expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results.Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and Excel skills.A results-oriented, self-motivated leader with strong time management skills.We're looking for someone with passion, drive, and the desire to lead from the front.
