The Antelope is on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to join this community cornerstone steeped in history and culture. Whats the Role?
As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of this multi-faceted site, running it as if it were your own business. Youll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving business performance with strong commercial acumen
Training, nurturing, and developing your staff to foster a high-performing team
Managing all aspects of the venue, from financials to customer relations
Embracing the excitement of busy weekends and epic rugby days
What Were Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager in a similar setting
Personality, you live and breath hospitality
A bold, ownership mentality -leave your ego at the door!
Solid communication and organizational skills; youre approachable and engaging
A well-rounded understanding of business operations and a passion for mentoring your team
An entrepreneurial spirit with a love for creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere
