Aerospace Reliance (ARL) - independent privately-owned stockist and supplier of aircraft maintenance materials to the global aviation industry.
Our range of 15,000 products and 5,000 stocked items combined with our excellent technical knowledge are critical to keeping passenger and commercial airlines operating safely all round the world.

Based on outskirts of Radlett and St Albans in 40,000 sqft commercial unit - incorporating modern office and warehouse - we are very proud of both because they represent our commitment to quality and providing a distinctive and appealing work environment.
The Role
ARL is seeking skilled and energetic Finance Manager to assist next stage of growth - a new position that will be instrumental in shaping new finance function.
Bookkeeping and accounting (Xero) is currently outsourced - we intend to bring in-house 1st half of 2025 - this will include recruitment of bookkeeper reporting to Finance Manager.
ARL successfully implemented ERP package (Priority) in 2023 - but financial functionality not yet implemented.
In 2025 ARL will complete the finance implementation moving from Xero to Priority - Finance Manager working closely with CFO will be critical to this project.
The Person
accomplished finance professional with min. 5 years experience.
at least 2 years in £10M+ turnover business.
totally comfortable with preparation of full entity accounts.
strong process mindset to enable ARL to build optimum processes when it brings finance operations in-house.
experience of supply chain and import and export accounting desirable.
strong IT skills to ensure successful delivery of finance implementation as well as future technological innovations
resilient, "can do" attitude and excellent team player
