As an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Tutor for Primary and Secondary Age Pupils, your role is to facilitate the language acquisition and integration of students who are non-native English speakers. Role Requirements:

Pay: £35 per hour
DBS on Update: Must have an up-to-date DBS check.
Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.

Language Instruction:

Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to primary and secondary age pupils with diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with language proficiency levels and academic standards.Individualised Learning Support:

Offer one-on-one or small group sessions to reinforce specific language areas requiring improvement.Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

Provide constructive feedback to pupils and collaborate with other educators to address language development goals.Parental Involvement:

Collaborate with families to create a supportive home environment that reinforces language acquisition.Incorporation of Technology:

Utilise technology and interactive resources to enhance language learning experiences.
