The On-Site Group Global are currently looking for a CAD/BIM Technician for projects across Europe.
Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Europe - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for an EU Country.
Rate:
• €60/hour
Duties:
• Produce and amend CAD Design, Construction and As Fitted drawings using AutoCAD software
• Create take offs from drawings and present this within an Excel spreadsheet
• Design life safety and security systems (with guidance from Design Engineer)
• Create schematics and electrical wiring diagrams as needed (with guidance from Design Engineer)
• Exporting DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally
• Taking an active role within the continuous improvement of company systems
• Providing reports as appropriate to your Line Manager
• Producing clash detection reports
• Maintaining weekly model uploads for the live project that is being worked on
Hours:
• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours/week
• Work from home but will be required to travel to site in Europe when required
Required:
• To be computer literate and proficient in all core Microsoft Office packages
• Prior experience of 2D or 3D CAD software
• Prior experience of Revit & AutoCAD software
• Have the ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, customers, and outside bodies
• Valid Site card
