Internal Sales Estimator
Salary: Up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus and benefits
Location: Cricklade, Swindon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

The Internal Sales Estimator Role
Based at our GWP Packaging site, in our Cricklade office, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will be a valued member of a small and conscientious sales team. We are looking for an individual who has sound numerical and organisation skills and the drive to contribute towards achieving our sales targets.

GWP Packaging specialize in the design and manufacture of innovative, high performance packaging, from simple corrugated cardboard boxes to highly engineered transit packaging for a multitude of applications and industries. Operating out of a modern production facility in Cricklade, Wiltshire, we work with clients both locally and throughout the UK.

Internal Sales Estimator Key Duties
As an Internal Sales Estimator it will be your job to manage customers enquiries and requests, ensuring that all communications are professional, polite, and productive. Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service
Logging enquiries from customer briefs and producing accurate estimates using bespoke software applications which are integral to GWP
Liaising and building working relationships with key suppliers. Co-ordinating each stage of the order process from design through to the order and delivery
Following up on quotes in a timely manner to achieve orders
Prioritizing own workload with attention to detail and multitasking
Potential for the role to evolve in the future to involve external customer visits and targeting companies in particular business sectors.

What you will bring
The successful applicant will ideally meet with the below criteria Show skills to provide communication and excellent customer service
High levels of numeracy and literacy
The ability to follow correct procedure and process.
Well-presented and punctual

Due to the location of our site, ideally your own transport would be preferred.
