Join a leading media group in the Eastern Counties as a Merchandiser and make a real impact on retail sales performance! Our client is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
As a Merchandiser, you will cover the Ely and Huntingdon area for 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday, 9-5:
30) and carry out essential merchandising tasks at high footfall retailers and supermarkets.Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales territory by visiting key retailers on a regular basisEnsure optimal placement and visibility of our newspapers and magazinesKeep point-of-sale materials up-to-date and effectively promote key selling pointsMonitor product availability and suggest supply adjustments for maximum availabilityIdentify potential new retail outlets and communicate opportunities to our Retail Sales ManagerCollaborate closely with the Content team to capitalise on all sales opportunitiesSupport the Retail Sales Manager with various sales initiativesRequirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a teamExcellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDedication, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle objections effectivelyThis is your chance to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving retail sales success.
