Graphic Designer Opportunity Hybrid (2x days a week based in Hatfield) Full-time, Permanent About the Role Ready to make an impact? Join us as our Graphic Designer and breathe life into Ocado Logistics' internal communications.
You'll lead the charge in creative innovation, connecting with our diverse workforce through engaging visuals.
We are looking for a talented Graphic designer with experience in Adobe Suite and Premier Pro to lead on all aspects of creative design.
You will produce engaging, timely and effective visual content to maximise the impact of internal communications across; posters, infographics, brochures, collateral for company events, animations and assets for digital communications.

This is a role with true ownership and autonomy, where you will be empowered to succeed as our graphic design SME.
As our brand guardian and advisor to internal and external teams, you will advise where appropriate on the look and feel of colleague communications to ensure consistency across the business.

You'll have the opportunity to redefine our graphic design standards and drive innovative visual solutions.
Tailor your approach to different audiences while staying true to our brand identity.
Day-to-day you will work alongside our Communications team to reinforce our culture and tone of voice through creative design, responding to design requests and working on design projects, ensuring designs are inclusive, taking into account accessibility guidance and best practice.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Some experience with Premier Pro and After Effects Photography and camera skills advantageous Strong typography and layout skills Ability to design for print with knowledge of printing processes and setting up print ready artwork Ability to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company Ability to take the lead, successfully manage projects, and to be able to see more than just the design perspective from conception to delivery Interested in learning more?
