We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school that prides itself on having a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a long-standing, well-established team and strong leadership. The school is seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to join their supportive and enthusiastic staff. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a

The ideal candidate will:


Be a well-organised and efficient administrator with a friendly and professional approach, capable of handling a variety of situations while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy school office.
Be flexible and eager to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the smooth running of the school.Key Responsibilities:


Performing a range of administrative duties to support the school community.
Keeping staff and parents up to date with information and assisting with queries from parents and stakeholders.
Collaborating with the School Business Manager, Headteacher, and senior leadership team.
Taking responsibility for Attendance and Admissions administration across the school.Essential Requirements:


Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within an educational setting.
Familiarity with Durham LA policies and procedures (desirable).
Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear advice in spoken English.Additional Information:
