• What youll do
• ● Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles ● Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work ● Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's KPIs ● Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks ● Make sure that excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us

• ● Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment ● Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills ● A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift ● Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations ● The confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store's key performance indicators
