Champion Customer Success:
Build and maintain key relationships throughout the buying process, from prototyping and validation to production.Expand Services:
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help drive additional value for customers.Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their projects and ensuring smooth implementation of products.Lead the Way:
As the company grows, take ownership of building and leading a small but mighty customer success team.Experience:
Proven Account Management Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer relationships, ideally within technical or manufacturing sectors.Technical Acumen:
Confidence working with technical stakeholders to define and meet requirements.Service Delivery Experience:
Background in customer success or service delivery for physical products.Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with manufacturing processes or related fields.Willingness to Travel:
Engage directly with customers on-site to build strong, lasting relationships.Leadership Ambition:
