2 days in the office, 3 days WFHAre you an experienced CRM professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact? We're seeking a skilled individual to join a Financial Services business on a temporary basis to cover some urgent CRM projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead key CRM initiatives and drive engagement across the customer base.Key Responsibilities:
Evolve the Member Engagement Programme by developing multi-channel, multi-step campaigns that deliver personalised, triggered communications.Collaborate with Adobe (MarTech provider) and the internal Marketing Automation team to design and implement best-in-class customer communication journeys.Deliver ongoing CRM communications across both print and digital channels, supported by the existing campaign teams.What We're Looking For:
