• Responsibilities:
• Category Management
• - Development and implementation of category plans, to support delivery of the functional strategies.
Develop and implement a pipeline of projects to deliver improvements in value, quality, risk and ESG performance
• Sourcing
• - Leading end to end source to contract activity including market assessment, negotiation and contracting.
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers in the category
• Stakeholder Management
• - Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, whilst developing positive relationships
• Responsible Sourcing
• - Manage supply risk and identification of mitigating actions.
Ensure our suppliers are aligned to deliver against Arms ambitious ESG objectives#
• Required Skills and Experience :
• Proven experience in Procurement Category management and running end to end sourcing activities
• Ability to develop and implement category plans, bringing the latest category insights back into Arm
• Ability to operate in a constantly evolving and multifaceted environment
• Skilled in developing and managing often sophisticated contracts
• Experience to offer commercial guidance in a number of different, often complex scenarios
• Strong communicator, who is highly inclusive with the ability to collaborate effectively#
• 'Nice To Have' Skills and Experience :
• Ariba Source to Contract experience
• MCIPS qualified
• Specific category knowledge and expertise within Software, Tech Professional Services or Corporate Services#
