We support local authorities across vulnerable subject areas, from Team Manager to C-suite level on an interim and permanent basis.
This is across Education, Housing, Adults & Children's Social Care.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Division.
In this role, you will help deliver continuous growth and expansion of our market presence.Your key responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Business Development:
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent growth and retention.Client Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.Talent Acquisition:
Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to share insights and strategies.Your previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a recruitment consultant, focusing on market building and business development.Proven Success:
Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving revenue targets.Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of recruitment within any sector, with the ability to grasp client needs quickly.Networking Skills:
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Solutions Focused:
