Your Role

As a Backend Developer, you'll contribute to maintaining existing systems while driving the creation of modern, scalable solutions. You'll take ownership of projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust backend services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend systems with a focus on high performance and responsiveness.
• Transition legacy PHP-based systems to a modern stack built on Node.js and GraphQL.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and services to meet business needs and ensure scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Manage Git repositories, oversee pull requests, and ensure smooth code integration.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end features and solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and product design decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
4+ years in backend development with proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Database Expertise:
Experience managing databases like MySQL and MongoDB.

• Cloud Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with AWS services.

• Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Team Player:
Collaborative approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Agility:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Version Control:
Proficiency in Git for effective repository management.
