M&E Manager: Tier 1 major contractor with career progression

Remuneration: £75,000 - £80,000 + Vehicle/Vehicle Allowance + Package

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee multiple live sites in the Theale, Cambridge,and Bristol areas. In this hands-on role, you will support the Head of Building Services Manager by visiting sites and collaborating closely with project managers and subcontractors, both internal and external to the main contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical and electrical operations across multiple sites.
• Support project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold quality control standards.
• Read and interpret plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ER Regulations and manage scope gaps.
Ideal Candidate:
• Mechanical bias preferred to complement the existing electrical skill set of the Head of Building Services Manager.
• Strong understanding of ER Regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read plans effectively and identify scope gaps.
