They are seeking a full time, motivated, hardworking and approachable person for this new clinic. The ideal candidate has a warm personality, team-oriented and has client safety as a top priority. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team, treating VIP clients with the highest level of care and service, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns.
• Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform treatments for various skin concerns, ensuring safe and effective use of technology.
• Administer microneedling procedures, tailoring techniques to individual skin types and conditions.
• Apply advanced skin peels, customizing formulas and methods to suit client skin types and desired outcomes.
• Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients.
• Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Manage client records meticulously, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Comply with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
• Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.
Qualifications & Characteristics
• Minimum 3 years’ aesthetic therapist experience
• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 4
• Languages: English
• A valid UK/ EU work permit
• Passion for aesthetics
• Client safety a top priority
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Previous experience in microneedling, advanced electrolysis, advanced skin peels and advanced skin care experience.
